Got repo once but it was from my own neglegience but I paid off the amount they ask which is around 4.5k. Which means I’m back on track without any over due payment. And for the next month installment. I asked them that I will be paying slightly late which they gave the ok. Shortly into the month. I was serve with the 4th schedule saying their intention of repo. Shortly afterwards my bike got repoed. All this happen less than a month. Which is weird because normally for hire purchase if I lapse payment for 2-3 months then they will repo. But this bs company repo the bike not even 2 months of lapse payment. It was just 1 month. And the audacity to charge me another 4.3k for me to get back my bike. Which honestly don’t make sense. I highly ask y’all to really consider dealing with them. Coz honestly at this point I got robbed. Please please don’t engage with them unless you love getting scammed. And lastly all this happen in Dec 2024. Up till today they have yet to gave me the final invoice for me to settle the overdue. May this company fail terribly and all the shady business that they done will

Never deal from this shop. They had million of ways to play with their agreement. Bought a bike with them and subsequently was told installment monthly due on 24th, follow the date I collect the bike. Subsequently after months of paying promptly, the say my bike payment is due by the 1st, claiming the finance guy I once deal with had resign. So due on 1st every month, my salary only come in every 24th, how to make on 1st ? still paying off the monthly installment without late interest, for one year whole of 2024 been doing it no issue. No repo also. Suddenly come Feb 2025, they say need to settle the overdue interest, "Last year is last year, this year is this year", thats what the say to me. Take note im still paying the monthy installments without missing a single payment. Due to the overdue late interest, they charge repo fee, repo the bike and storage all amounting to $7k plus. They really charge high crazy prices that can make you crazy. Please avoid dealing with them.
Im late for 7 days, and i was charge $360 for interest and penalty charges on top of my instalment. My bike was being towed away when im late for payment for less than 1.5 month. To take out the bike, i need to pay $3k plus for it.. all this was not brief and was not stated in the contract when bought the bike. Was told to email them for some settlement issue, send them 2 email, not even 1 response from EXTOL. To my surprise, the late payment and penalty cost more than my instalment. $200 for penalty and admind charges, $160 late interest for 7 days. think twice before u engage EXTOL GOLBAL.. make sure when u engage them, ur job is secured 100% and have to no issue with payment.. if not, EXTOL GLOBAL will teach u lesson that u will never forget.. FYI, my instlement is $305, for 7 days late, my payment that i need to pay now $665, For 7 DAYS LATE only.. think twice and carefully before u engage them..

Dealing with Aisyah was smooth. Everything happens via WhatsApp and the only time I have to meet Aisyah is during the signing of the agreement. She actually suggested and even advised me on different options for my bike loan. Highly recommend. BUT only thing is just that the place is quite far and the settlement fee is the highest as compared to other companies.

I had the sheer luck in dealing with a particular representation, Aisyah when first enquiring on bike refinancing.
Even though I had other companies who offered lower rates, I settled with Extol as I was most assured with her professionalism and meticulous breakdown of the loan and processes. Which for first timers, is very important to have everything laid out and re-explained over again for clarification.
In particular to my case, I needed to expedite the process given my seller was leaving the country in a week less (after I had sent all relevant documents), Aisyah handled it with intention and such urgency on her side and managed to settled it just in time. She also didn’t slack back on after sales services and responded just as promptly and effectively.
I’ll highly commend looking for her if considering Extol for their services.
Was a little hesitant at first as I was used to going to bike shops for my loans but Aisyah was super clear with the breakdown of the loan. Interest rates are on par or better than market rates and there’s only one admin fee to pay instead of the additional reloan fees most shops charge. Be prepared to travel a bit as their office is a tad out of the way but you only need to go once to sign the paperwork. Overall a 9/10 experience, thanks guys!
